Doris recently spoke and illustrated her beautiful prize winning photographs of birds at Concordia at Rebecca Residence. As I looked around the room, Doris had everyone’s attention. The residents were focused on the screen, anticipating the next amazing photo. Doris has an amazing talent, not only with the camera, but also capturing the birds just at the right moment — it’s as if the birds are posing for Doris!!! Thank you Doris for bringing nature indoors here at Concordia — we hope you can visit us again!!

Doris Dumrauf spoke this week at Pucketos Garden Club. It was a pleasure to see her beautiful photos of birds common to our backyards in Western Pennsylvania. She also showed photos of more rare species. Her knowledge of birds and her talent for photography were evident. She was well received by our group and I would highly recommend her as a choice speaker.
